There is no bar or resturante in this hotel. Breakfast, what was offered(8.45 Usd) was certainly not value for money, the plates, cups etc were dirty to the piont of being unhygenic and the person that served was unhelpfull and rude.

After being confirmed by Booked.net Igot an e-mail from the met saying they'd been informed that my reservation was cancelled and there would be a $79.00 cancellation charge!!! Based on the e-mail that I got from Booked.net you made my reservation for Sept.2nd instead of Sept. 9Th Please make sure the cancellation charge is removed from my credit card charge and confirm same to me.ASAP..

location was good, staff very friendly and helpful, room was clean
AC/heating units should be upgraded to more eco-friendly ones, especially in this age of energy consciousness, hotel could probably use a bit of a makeover as well

Complimentary breakfast was good
The staff gave me the wrong key to the wrong room, the room was occupied by someone else.not only that it was way down the hallway and when I called the front desk from my cell phone from way down the hallway I was informed to walk back again to the desk for another key. After travelling and being tired the met hotel should at least provided a better customer service by assuring me "they" will bring the key down to where I was left stranded, not only that, the replacement room was another walk further down the hallway, I had luggage's that I was dragging around the entire time. Please improve your customer service.

The location right off I-75 was great. Our room was very nice and had alot of room. The pool was big, but alittle on the cold side, needs to be turned up some. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Our room was very nice and had alot of extra room. It would have been really nice to have had two queen beds instead of double. The beds were comfortable but not wide enough for a really good night sleep for two adults. No whirlpool, that is one of our relaxing things to do after a long trip is to go soak in the whirlpool.

It was O.K. but I did not get the room I requested.
I had requested a room near the pool, but did not get it on check. Staff did say they would move us, but we did not want to move. The pool area was very cold.

Absolutely loved the beds. Very clean comfortable and excellent Pillows. It was quiet. Will definitely recommend it to all and family. Great night sleep. Very accommodating staff will be back for fun next time soon.
The only thing that some people may not like was a couple of big stains on the carpet. I figured it was not a big deal.

Loved it. Quiet, comfortable beds, quiet furance/heater. Loved large rooms & hallways. Felt safe.. They did run out of food & kleenex however. We would return as our family live nearby and we enjoyed it. Diane English

Some of the main problems were that the tv was out and two of our employees had to find new destinations. Finally, the hotel itself was not a nice one. I suppose this goes to show you that you get what you pay for.
